We built this 1,800-square-foot, two-story garage. Downstairs features a large three-car garage, a handy half-bath, and laundry connections. Upstairs is a wide-open, second-story loft. In the future, the owner can redesign and finish it into anything from a home gym and office to a full guest apartment.
